Dr Reddy informed today that commercial launch of the Sputnik V vaccine is expected in mid-June. Company is in discussions with all stakeholders across sectors – Central government, state government and the private sector to explore the partnerships
On May 14, Dr Reddy’s launched a soft pilot programme in Hyderabad to test its cold storage logistical arrangements. The company expects to ramp up this pilot phase and extend it to other cities in the upcoming weeks.
Dr Reddy further informed that vaccine is stored at -18 degree C temperature in India. Stability studies on storage of the Sputnik V vaccine at +2 to +8 degree C are ongoing and have not been concluded yet.
